B4EST Stakeholder Meeting: How to leverage genetic improvements to optimize bioeconomy and maritime pine resilience

The B4EST consortium, in collaboration with the GIS GPMF, the IEFC, the INRAe  and the FCBA, is organizing a symposium on how to leverage genetic improvements to optimize bioeconomy and maritime pine resilience, November 19, 2021 at the INRAe premises in Cestas (Bordeaux), France.

This event aims to review and discuss the most recent work on the genetic improvement of maritime pine. It is organized as part of a series of international events supported by the B4EST project. It is intended for all stakeholders in the maritime pine sector who wish to gain relevant information and interact with research experts about the improvement programs in progress. This symposium, in French, will also be an opportunity to get an overview of ongoing initiatives abroad, such as in Galicia with the selection of material resistant to pinewood nematode (PWN).
